How does a ticket sale via the re-sell market work?

Selling your ticket through our ticket exchange is the easiest way to sell your ticket. We are happy to explain how this process works.

  1. You list your ticket on our ticket exchange. To do so, you need the order number of the purchase and the email address you used to make the purchase.
  2. Once you have entered the order number and email address under "Sell My Tickets," the system checks if this information matches.
  3. After a successful verification, you will receive an email with a link to list the tickets.
  4. Once you have listed the tickets and published the offer, it will appear as an available offer in the ticket exchange. From that moment, anyone can purchase these tickets at the price you set, following the same purchasing process as with a regular ticket order.
  5. As soon as a ticket is sold, you will receive an email notification. Your original ticket will be automatically invalidated, and the buyer will receive a new valid ticket with its own unique ticket ID.
  6. When the offer period ends or all tickets in the offer have been sold, the offer will be closed, and you will also receive an email notification.
  7. After two business days, the money will be refunded to the payment method you originally used.

Selling Tickets Through the re-sell market

You purchased a ticket for the event but can no longer attend? No problem! You can easily and conveniently sell your ticket or tickets here.

What do I need to do to sell my ticket(s)?

  1. Click on “Buy or sell tickets securely” for the relevant event.
  2. Scroll down and click on “Buy or sell tickets securely.”
  3. Click on “Sell My Tickets.”
  4. Enter the order number and the email address you used for the purchase.
  5. If the information is correct, you will receive an email with a link to list your tickets.
    Select the offer duration and the price for the tickets, then choose the tickets you wish to resell.

Is this the only way to resell the tickets?

This is our official resale platform. Through this channel, you can be certain that the tickets you buy or sell are legitimate and guarantee entry to the event. Selling through other public platforms like Ricardo, eBay, Viagogo, TicketSwap, etc., is not permitted and poses significant risks to buyers, such as fraudulent offers with inflated prices and/or counterfeit tickets.

Is my name or email address publicly visible?

No, no personal data is publicly displayed or shared with buyers. The resale process is completely anonymous. However, we as the event organizers do have access to the data in order to process the sale.

Can I still modify my offer once I have listed the tickets for sale?

Yes, you can modify the tickets as long as they are either unsold or in the shopping cart. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Open the email you received after publishing the offer and click on the "Manage Offer" button.
  2. Click on "Edit Offer."
  3. Make your adjustments.
  4. Save.

I’ve decided not to sell my tickets after all. Is there a way to delete my offer?

Yes, an offer can be deleted even after it has been posted online. The only requirement is that the tickets have not been sold or are not in a shopping cart. To delete an offer, follow these steps:

  1. Open the email you received after publishing the offer and click on the "Manage Offer" button.
  2. Click on "Delete Offer."
  3. Confirm by clicking "OK."

Can I sell multiple tickets?

Yes, you can sell multiple tickets. You can either list all the tickets in a single offer or create a separate offer for each individual ticket.

What prices can I sell the tickets for?

You set the price for the tickets yourself. The only restrictions are the minimum and maximum sale prices.

  • The minimum sale price for the tickets is the service fee.
  • The maximum sale price is the ticket purchase price plus the service fee.

What is the service fee for?

The service fee covers the costs of processing the transaction and refunding your payment method. Additionally, it includes the issuance of a new ticket to the buyer and the invalidation of your original tickets. These functions contribute to the service fee.

Can I sell personalized tickets?

Yes, personalized tickets can also be sold. Once the tickets have been paid for, the original tickets will be invalidated, and the buyer will need to re-personalize the tickets they have purchased.

I have a problem with buying or selling a ticket through the re-sell market. What should I do?

I’m not receiving the email with the link to sell my tickets. What should I do?

Check your spam folder in your email. Make sure you’ve entered the order number and email address correctly.

It’s also possible that you’re trying to sell a ticket for a different event. In that case, go to the exchange for the relevant event and try again.

I want to sell my ticket to a friend. Can I get a link to my offer?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. This measure was implemented to prevent the black market from selling tickets at inflated prices. If you want to sell tickets (that are not personalized) to friends, you can transfer them directly without using the re-sell market. However, never purchase tickets directly or through other platforms like Viagogo, TicketSwap, Ricardo, eBay, etc., from an unknown person or at inflated prices, as these are often fraudulent offers where you risk losing your money and receiving either no tickets or counterfeit ones.

How long does it take for the money to be returned to my account?

Once the offer period has ended or all tickets in the offer have been sold, your money will be refunded to your originally used payment method within 2 business days. You will receive a refund of the purchase amount minus the service fees.

Can I be sure that my ticket(s) will be sold?

The resale platform operates based on supply and demand. We cannot guarantee that the ticket will be sold.
